Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Store credit only is issued for eligible returns — no cash or card refunds are provided.

All returns must be authorized in advance via email.
Used or Opened Products

Used or opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any items that have been opened, tested, or used.
Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)
We gladly accept exchanges on unopened and unused products, under the following conditions:

A $10 restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
